ND Communities is Partnering with Doorbell
Community is Just Another Word for When Neighbors Become Friends.
We are excited to announce ND Communities partnership with Doorbell!
Doorbell’s mission is to help residents belong in the cities they call home, and we could not be more excited to be working alongside the National Development team to bring even more community engagement, connection, and excitement to our residents.
Doorbell is all about building community; we are a real estate technology and services startup based at the Harvard Innovation Lab that works with leading apartment buildings to create strong communities both offline and online. We curate free in-person event experiences to enliven apartments’ community spaces and power digital engagement through the Doorbell app to build cohesion and connection for community residents. The focus of all our in-person and digital engagement is simple: happy residents.
“Our mission is to change the way people live in residential apartments by making the entire experience much more community focused,”
Ben Pleat, Doorbell’s CEO, says.“Our vision of apartment buildings are places where you truly belong and feel happy.”
All that to say, Doorbell and National Development are working toward the same goal: making our communities feel like home. A place where residents want to stay, build their life, and lay down roots (and also dress their dogs up like cartoon characters).
In 2018, National Development and Doorbell began its partnership in eight communities across Massachusetts. Together, we are getting to know each of these unique communities and empowering them to engage, unite, and build relationships that we hope will last a lifetime.
