November is right around the corner, and we’re gearing up for an action-packed month full of community events with our neighbors. We’ve outlined our Cambridge November events calendar below, so swing by and meet us at one or more of these amazing events!
Boston Xconomy Healthcare Summit
On November 17th from 1:00-5:30pm, the Xconomy Healthcare Summit comes to the Broad Institute. Xconomy’s 3rd annual Boston Healthcare Summit features leaders in medicine, genomics, health IT, venture capital and more. Join leaders in the medicine and health fields in finding entrepreneurial solutions to the challenges facing our healthcare system. This half-day summit features candid chats with experts, entrepreneur and investor stories, interactive discussions, networking opportunities and great food and drink.
Kendall Square Members Reception
The 3rd Annual Kendall Square Association Members’ Reception & Open House is right around the corner! On Nov. 17th from 5:00-7:30pm at the Kendall Square Association, community leaders will gather to talk Cambridge shop! If you’re considering membership, this is the perfect opportunity to swing by and ask questions. As a member, you’ll help strengthen the Kendall Square area while joining a strong network of companies and organizations dedicated to building the community. Charles River Turkey Trot 5k
The Charles River Turkey Trot returns to the Charles November 22nd at 9am. This fun and scenic 3.1-mile course is a great race for runners of every experience level. Beginning at DCR’s Artesani Park on the Charles, the event offers free race photos, chip bib timing and t-shirts for the first 100 registered runners. Marathon Sports gift certificates will be awarded to the top overall female and male finishers. You can also join the coed team challenge (teams of two male & two female runners) for the chance to win new running sneakers. Pack some canned goods to donate, and you’ll be entered into a raffle! The best part of the event? 100% of the profits go to Boston Road Runners to support their mission of promoting healthy, active lifestyles.
